All motor carriers who are licensed with the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and traveling in Georgia are exempt from motor fuel excise tax from March 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. through June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
If you logged miles or purchased fuel in Georgia in the second quarter of 2026, do this:
In Additional Notes field at the bottom put GA Suspension miles and gallons (miles traveled in Georgia from April 1st to June 2, 2026)

Kentucky
Motor fuel tax rates on all gasoline, diesel fuel, and other special fuels will be reduced by $0.10 per gallon for 30 days from May 11, 2026, through June 10, 2026.
